How can I pay for goods and services over the web?
We accept Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch), Visa Electron, Solo and American Express for purchases on this site. Full payment for all purchase and transport costs is required before goods can be released.
Paying by Cheque
We accept company and personal cheques. If you wish to pay with a cheque, this will need to be cleared before dispatch of goods. This usually takes a minimum of three working days. Please do not send cash or postal orders for mail order purchases. There is a £2.00 handling charge for all orders processed via cheque and please add this to cost of your order. Cheques must be made out in favour of Yin Yang Natural Sciences Ltd and should be sent to:

In the event of your order being supplied incorrectly or the goods being damaged in transit, please call 01993 822800 within 3 working days of receipt and will arrange replacement of your goods.
Should you purchase any goods from Yin Yang Skincare that you are not entirely satisfied with or that do not achieve the desired results, we will gladly exchange them or offer a full refund. In this instance, please call our Customer Care line on 01993 822800 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help you to return the products to us at no charge to yourself. We will be happy also to advise you on products that may be more suitable for you.

If you change your mind and decide that you do not want the goods, your statutory rights allow you to return them for a full refund within 7 days of receipt of the goods, provided that the goods have not been opened. In this instance please return the goods with a covering letter explaining that you wish to return the goods, to:

We will then issue a full refund for all items received in good order. When sending goods back to us please remember that you are responsible for the safe carriage of the goods. Please ensure that the goods are packed correctly – using where possible the original packaging.
We recommend recorded delivery or Royal Mail special delivery. Refunds will be made to the card that was used in the original purchase or a cheque made payable to the cardholder if the card is no longer valid. Cancelling An Order
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. However, please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day that they are made. Please let us know as soon as possible if you decide to cancel. Simply call our Customer Care line on 01993 822800 09.00hrs – 17.00hrs Monday to Friday. Alternatively you can notify us of cancellation by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address and order reference number.
